Features of VENTS Boost-I 250:

• Application: VENTS Boost-I 250 channel (linear) fans are enclosed in a specially designed noise-insulated housing , which ensures silent operation of the fan in combination with high aerodynamic characteristics. The fan is compatible with round ⌀ 250 mm air ducts. VENTS Boost-I 250 combines wide capabilities and high characteristics of axial and centrifugal fans, thus providing powerful air flow and high pressure . VENTS Boost-I 250 is recommended for use in the ventilation systems of various commercial and industrial premises with high noise level requirements, such as libraries , conference halls , educational institutions , kindergartens , etc.
• Design: the outer casing is made of galvanized steel . Thermal and noise insulation is provided by 30 mm acoustic foam . Thanks to the improved mixed-type impeller, which is a hybrid of axial and centrifugal impeller, Boost-I has low energy consumption, low noise and high performance . The specially designed diffuser, impeller and airflow rectifier at the fan outlet ensure smooth airflow distribution and allow the best combination of high airflow , increased pressure and low noise . The fan housing is equipped with a hermetic terminal box for connection to the electrical network.
• Motor: single-phase high-efficiency three-speed asynchronous motor with low energy consumption. The motor is equipped with thermal switches for protection against overheating . Ball bearings ensure a long service life (about 40,000 hours of continuous operation ). The degree of protection of the motor against penetration is IPX4 .
• Speed control: the fan does not have a speed switch, the desired speed is set manually when the power cable is initially connected.
• Installation: the fan is designed for use with round air ducts. The fan housing has mounting brackets for convenient ceiling mounting. Ducts can be installed at any angle to the fan axis. Provide sufficient access for maintenance during fan installation. The electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the operating manual and the electrical connection diagram attached to the terminal box. A ventilation system can have several fans installed in parallel to increase output capacity or in series to increase operating pressure.
