The Milwaukee MAX pH/TDS/Temp Monitor offers:
Accuracy
The Milwaukee MAX monitor offers accuracy to ± 0.2 pH with two-point manual calibration, EC accuracy of ± 2% of full scale, and temperature accuracy of ± 0.5 °F (0.3 °C).
Automation
Just calibrate the metrics and start monitoring 24/7!
Design features
Quick and easy reading of current results with the 3 large digital BACKLIT LCD display.
Accuracy to ±0.2 pH (from 0.0 pH to 12.0 pH).
Accuracy ±2 % of EC full scale.
Easy two-point pH and one-point EC calibration for greater accuracy with manual adjusters for easy adjustment.
Gel-filled, dual-connector MA911B/2 (included), low-maintenance, high-performance laboratory pH electrode.
2 meter probe cables for added testing flexibility.
Power supply 12 VDC.
You can extend the life of your pH electrode in the following ways.
Storage
The pH probe must be kept moist. Long periods of dry storage will damage the sensitivity of the probe. Allowing the probe to dry can also cause the connection hole to become clogged.
Storing pH probes or pH calibration buffers in a storage solution will help solve these two problems. Do not store in tap water. This will damage the sensitivity of the probe.
The best way to store the probe is to fill the probe cap with storage solution or calibration buffer and tighten the cap to prevent leakage. It is also recommended that the electrode be stored in an upright position to further reduce the possibility of leakage.
CLEANING
Residual sample substances can affect the sensitivity of the sensing bulb and clog the connector. This is especially true if the sample contains a lot of organic matter. We recommend that you regularly immerse the electrode in a cleaning solution.
Calibration
Over time, pH sensor flasks become less sensitive, so be sure to calibrate regularly to maintain the accuracy of your MAX monitor. Also calibrate after cleaning or a long period of storage.
