Reverse Osmosis Membrane Troubleshooting here !

GrowMax GROWMAX 3000 l/d is capable of reducing 99% of contaminants. This system is designed for hydroponic or garden applications. This system is designed to provide maximum water flow through the membrane.

Recommended conditions of the water used:

  • Water temperature: 25°C
  • Water pressure: 60 psi / 4.3 kg/cm 3
  • TDS (Total Dissolved Solids): 500 ppm / 0.7 EC

Therefore, production will increase or decrease depending on changes in the conditions listed above.

Removes or reduces : salts, heavy metals, chloramines, nitrates, nitrites, chlorine, sediment, dirt, rust, oxidation, herbicides and pesticides, volatile organic pollutants (chemical pollutants, benzenes, toluene, oils, trichloromethanes, detergents, polychlorinated biphenyls)

When to change filters:

  • carbon filter - approximately every 25,000 liters of treated water or depending on usage
  • membrane - the lifespan of membranes is between 6 months and 2 years, depending on the quality of the water and the replacement of the carbon filter, because chlorine is completely contraindicated for the membrane

*If the carbon filter is clogged, this will also have an impact and shorten the lifespan of the membrane.
