Chia 40g

Chia seeds, scientifically known as Salvia hispanica, are considered superfoods due to their exceptional nutritional properties. These tiny seeds are rich in fiber, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. They are known for their ability to provide energy, satiety, aid digestion and improve health. To grow Chia seeds, start by preparing the soil. They prefer well-drained and humus soil with a neutral to slightly acidic pH. Clean the soil of weeds and small impurities and loosen it to ensure good permeability and root development of the plants. Sow the Chia seeds in the soil about 2-3 centimeters apart and cover them with a thin layer of soil. Apply light pressure to secure them firmly into the soil. For successful growing, keep the soil moist but not too wet. Water the plants regularly, especially during periods of drought. It is important to avoid excessive moisture, which can lead to rotting of the root system. Chia plants are generally disease and pest resistant, making them relatively easy to grow. Provide sufficient sunlight and avoid overly dense planting, which can stunt plants and cause problems. When Chia plants reach maturity, you can harvest the leaves and seeds for consumption. Chia leaves can be added to salads, soups or juices, while the seeds are used to garnish dishes, make bread or pastries or as an addition to puddings and smoothies.
