Healthy roots are the most important part of a plant's life! The "air pruning" design of Root Plus pots gives your plants a healthy root structure.

What exactly is "air pruning" of roots? The walls of Root Plus pots have a conical texture. This encourages roots to grow toward the ventilation openings without becoming tangled. When the root tips reach the edges of the openings, they come into contact with the air and dry out, which automatically stimulates the growth of more root hairs and new root branches. This process then repeats again and again, until the plants develop a healthy root structure necessary for absorbing water and nutrients for strong growth.
