CANNA Aqua Vega A&B – nutrients for growth in recirculating systems

CANNA Aqua Vega A&B is a two-part base fertilizer for the growth phase in recirculating hydroponic systems, such as NFT and ebb-and-flow systems. The AQUA range is for systems in which the nutrient solution returns to the reservoir; CANNA has a separate HYDRO range for drain-to-waste systems.

Composition and selection

According to the manufacturer, Aqua Vega contains primary nutrients, micronutrients, and pH stabilizers. When flowers appear, switch to Aqua Flores according to crop development and the feeding plan.

Preparation

Shake the bottles. Add A to a reservoir of water and stir; then add the same amount of B and stir again. Do not mix the A and B concentrates together. CANNA’s guideline is 20 ml of each component per 10 L of water, pH 5.2–6.2, and an EC of 1.1–1.9 mS/cm for the prepared solution, depending on the water. Monitor the readings and check the label of the specific product.
