Description

Impatiens balsamina, better known as lemon balm, garden balsam, rose balsam, touch-me-not or spotted grass, is a plant species native to India and Myanmar. The "Lemon Balm" seeds are carefully selected to ensure successful cultivation. These seeds are small and should be planted about 1-2 centimetres deep in well-prepared soil. Cover them with a thin layer of soil and press gently to secure them in place. Growing "Lemon Balm" is quite easy and rewarding. The plant prefers sunny or partly sunny, well-lit locations. The soil should be well-drained and nutrient-rich. Water regularly, ensuring the soil remains moist, but do not saturate it with water. "Lemon Balm" is known for its refreshing lemon-and-mint aroma. Its leaves are rich in essential oils used in culinary, medicinal and cosmetic applications. It is often used to make tea, aromatic drinks, desserts and much more. Grow your own "Lemon Balm" and enjoy the fresh aroma and flavour it brings. It is an ideal plant for gardens, terraces and balconies, adding freshness and a pleasant scent to your space.
