Features of the VENTS Boost-I 250:

• Application: The VENTS Boost-I 250 inline duct fans are housed in a specially designed sound-insulated casing, which ensures quiet operation combined with high aerodynamic performance. The fan is compatible with round ⌀ 250 mm air ducts. The VENTS Boost-I 250 combines the broad capabilities and high performance of axial and centrifugal fans, providing powerful airflow and high pressure. The VENTS Boost-I 250 is recommended for ventilation systems in various commercial and industrial premises with strict noise-level requirements, such as libraries, conference rooms, educational institutions, kindergartens, etc.
• Design: The outer casing is made of galvanized steel. Thermal and sound insulation is provided by 30 mm acoustic foam. Thanks to the improved mixed-flow impeller, a hybrid of axial and centrifugal impellers, the Boost-I has low energy consumption, low noise and high performance. The specially designed diffuser, impeller and airflow straightener at the fan outlet ensure smooth airflow distribution and provide the best combination of high airflow, increased pressure and low noise. The fan casing is equipped with a sealed terminal box for connection to the mains.
• Motor: single-phase, high-efficiency, three-speed asynchronous motor with low energy consumption. The motor is equipped with thermal switches for overheating protection. Ball bearings ensure a long service life (approximately 40,000 hours of continuous operation). The motor's ingress protection rating is IPX4.
• Speed control: The fan has no speed switch; the desired speed is set manually when initially connecting the power cable.
• Installation: The fan is designed for use with round air ducts. The fan housing has mounting brackets for convenient ceiling installation. The ducts can be installed at any angle relative to the fan axis. Ensure sufficient access for maintenance when installing the fan. Electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the operating instructions and the wiring diagram included in the terminal box. A ventilation system can have several fans installed in parallel to increase output capacity or in series to increase operating pressure.
