Ferro SUBSTRA CLEANER 1 l is a product for cleaning / disinfecting inert substrates (mapito, rockwool, clay pebbles, etc.) before their reuse.

destroys all pathogenic (harmful) bacteria and viruses in the substrate
protects against moulds (such as Pythium, better known as root rot)
prevents the formation of slime, build-up and crystallisation of salts

Instructions for use: Rinse the substrate (mapito, rockwool or clay pebbles) with a SUBSTRA CLEANER solution in warm water (50-60ºC) at pH 5.4-6.0 and use approximately 3 l of this solution for every 10 l of substrate!

Dosage:

25 ml per 10 l water
250 ml per 100 l water
2.5 l. per 1000 l water

After rinsing with SUBSTRA CLEANER solution, leave the substrate for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can moisten the substrate with Ferro START-series fertilisers (pH 5.0, EC 1.5-1.8), using 5 l of this solution for every 10 l of substrate.
