VENTS TT PRO 250 P is part of the professional TT PRO series, developed for ductwork with high aerodynamic resistance. The combined axial and centrifugal fan technology provides significantly higher pressure than standard axial fans while maintaining high performance and relatively low noise levels.

The housing is made of high-quality impact-resistant polypropylene plastic, corrosion-resistant and suitable for operation in humid environments. The fan is equipped with a two-speed single-phase AC motor mounted on double-sealed ball bearings, providing a service life of up to 40 000 hours of continuous operation. Built-in thermal protection prevents motor overheating and automatically switches it off in the event of overload.

📋 Instructions for use

1. Install the fan in a round Ø250 mm air duct.
2. Follow the airflow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing.
3. Connect the fan to the electrical supply according to the manufacturer's diagram.
4. Select the desired speed using a suitable two-speed switch or compatible controller.
5. Inspect the fan periodically and clean the impeller when necessary.
6. For servicing, remove the motor block without dismantling the air ducts.

VENTS RSA5E-4-M is a professional 5-step transformer speed controller designed to control single-phase AC fans with a maximum rated current of up to 4 A. The speed is selected using a mechanical rotary switch, while autotransformer control ensures stable and reliable motor operation. The model has built-in motor-overheating protection and can be connected to a thermostat and air-damper actuator.

VENTS RSA5E-4-M is designed to regulate the airflow of compatible single-phase fans by changing the motor speed. Unlike conventional electronic controllers, the model uses a transformer control principle and offers five predefined operating steps.

The desired speed is set using a mechanical rotary switch on the front panel. This makes control easy and allows the airflow to be adapted to the specific needs of the ventilation system – for example, a lower speed under normal conditions and a higher speed when intensive air exchange is needed.

One of the important advantages of the RSA5E-4-M is its integrated motor protection. The controller can operate with the thermal contacts of a compatible fan. 🔌 Operating principle

When a different position is selected on the rotary switch, the controller supplies a different voltage to the fan motor. In this way, the speed and therefore the air flow change in five distinct stages.

This type of control is particularly suitable for compatible AC motors when reliable adjustment is required without the need for complex electronics.

 

📋 Installation and use

1. Mount the controller vertically on a stable wall.
2. Connect the power supply and fan to the corresponding terminals according to the VENTS wiring diagram.
3. If the motor has suitable thermal contacts, connect them to the controller's protection circuit.
4. If necessary, connect an external thermostat or air-damper actuator.
5. After checking the electrical installation, switch on the power supply.
6. Select the required speed using the rotary switch.

⚠️ Important: The maximum rated load of the RSA5E-4-M is 4.0 A. Before connection, the fan motor's rated current and its compatibility with transformer control must be checked. Electrical connection should be carried out according to the manufacturer's diagram and requirements.

The model is designed for direct installation in an air duct and provides a maximum airflow of up to 4680 m³/h at a power rating of 250 W. Its robust steel housing with polymer coating, single-phase AC motor with ball bearings and integrated thermal protection make it suitable for greenhouses, warehouses, production premises and other professional ventilation installations.

VENTS VKF 4E 450 is part of the industrial series of axial fans VENTS OV / OVK / VKF. The main difference of the VKF is its construction designed for direct installation in a ventilation duct, allowing it to be easily integrated into supply and extract ventilation systems.

The fan is suitable for applications where it is necessary to move a large volume of air at relatively low system resistance. At a 50 Hz power supply, the model reaches a maximum airflow of 4680 m³/h, while the motor operates at approximately 1350 rpm and consumes 250 W.

The construction has been developed with an emphasis on reliability during continuous operation. The housing and impeller are made of steel with a durable polymer coating, providing mechanical strength and additional protection for the metal surfaces.

VENTS RT-10 is a compact mechanical room thermostat for automatic control of fans, heating and air-conditioning systems according to room temperature. It allows the desired temperature to be set in the range +10°C to +30°C and, depending on the connection method, can switch equipment on or off when the set temperature threshold is reached. It operates at 220–240 V / 50–60 Hz, has IP40 protection and is intended for indoor wall mounting.

VENTS RT-10 is an easy and reliable solution for automating temperature control in rooms where ventilation, heating or air-conditioning systems operate. Instead of switching the fan or other equipment on and off manually, the RT-10 monitors room temperature and controls the electrical load according to a preset temperature threshold.

The desired temperature is set using the rotary control on the front panel, with an operating range of +10°C to +30°C. The thermostat can operate with different logic depending on the electrical connection – the contacts can open or close as the temperature rises or falls. This allows the RT-10 to be used both for controlling ventilation/cooling and in applications where heating control is required.

For example, when used with a fan, the controller can be configured so that the fan starts when the set temperature is reached and runs until the temperature falls below the specified threshold. In another configuration, the fan can run until a preset temperature is reached.
