Full product information here!

This system is designed as a standalone filter for the immediate removal of chlorine and sediment from water. It is rated to remove up to 99% of chlorine and can clean up to 90% of sediment above 5 microns. Having chlorine- and sediment-free water is essential for growing healthy plants and maintaining beneficial microorganisms, bacteria and fungi in the root zone and growing media. These microbes cannot survive in the presence of chlorine. Chlorine-free water is also essential for organic fruit and vegetables, hydroponics and every method of organic gardening in general. This filter is not designed to reduce the parts per million (PPM) of your water. Most of these PPM particles are minerals, which can only be removed by reverse osmosis systems.

REMOVES: chlorine, sediment, dirt, rust, oxidising herbicides and pesticides, volatile organic contaminants (chemical contaminants, benzenes, toluene, oils, trihalomethanes, detergents, polychlorinated biphenyls)

When to replace the filters:

• sediment filter – approximately every 16000 litres of treated water or if it is clogged
• carbon filter – approximately every 25000 litres of treated water or according to its use (see the example below*)

*Example use:

• 1 hour per week (1920 L/month) – replace the filter 1 time per year
• 1 hour per day, 4 days per week (7680 L/month) – replace the filter 1 time every 3 months
• 1 hour per day, every day (14400 L/month) – replace the filter 1 time every 7 weeks
• 30 minutes per day, every day (7200 L/month) – replace the filter 1 time every 3.5 months

*Replacement time is relative, as it depends on the hardness of the water you use.

Warranty:

• The product has a 1-year warranty.
• When you register your product here, you will automatically receive one more year of warranty for your product, for a total of 2 YEARS PRODUCT WARRANTY.

Recommendations: The chiller should be cleaned every 3 - 4 months to remove any mineral deposits and limescale. Simply fill the chiller with clear vinegar, leave it for 24 hours and then rinse with water. Make sure you also place an air-circulation fan near the chiller to avoid heat build-up.

Please note:

1. The flow rate is determined according to the pump's maximum flow (submersible pump or another external power filter) and the circulation equipment.
2. Cooling performance is shown when the ambient temperature is 30°C, the water temperature before cooling is 28°C, the set temperature is 16°C and the chilled water is no more than 130 litres. As the water cooling decreases, the water temperature will drop.
3. Cooling efficiency is determined by the installation location, heat source, lighting, pump filter and other connecting parts. Special pumps and other accessories sold with Hailea series chillers must be used. Do not use alternatives to avoid affecting appliance performance.
4. When there is insufficient air exchange in a room, cooling efficiency is reduced if the ambient temperature rises due to heat from the unit.

The AquaSolve UV steriliser, rated at 16 watts, operates at a wavelength of 254 nm (germicidal UV-C), providing up to 99.9% disinfection at a flow rate of up to approximately 7.6 litres per minute (≈2 gallons/min). It is suitable for drinking water production, irrigation systems and all situations where chemical-free sterility is required.

Detailed features

• Lamp power: 16 W UV-C, low pressure (Low-Pressure Mercury Vapor).
• UV wavelength: 254 nm, effective against bacteria and microorganisms.
• Recommended flow rate for complete sterility: up to 7,6 L/min (≈2 GPM).
• Lamp life: approximately 9 000 hours of operation.
• Materials: the housing is made of high-quality material for maximum UV light transmission—typically stainless steel or a similar durable material.
• Safety features: the UV steriliser does not add chemicals to the water and does not create secondary pollutants.

Recommendations for use

1. Filtration is recommended before the UV chamber—removal of solid particles (for example, with a 5 µm pre-filter or finer)—to improve UV radiation efficiency.
2. Replace the lamp every ~9 000 operating hours, even if it still lights up, because its effectiveness decreases over time.
3. Clean the quartz sleeve from the inside to remove calcium or mineral deposits that can block UV light.
4. Install the system so that the UV lamp has sufficient contact with the water—the inlet and outlet should be below or above the chamber, as specified in the instructions.
5. Make sure that no air or bubbles remain in the chamber—they reduce sterilisation efficiency.

Benefits

• Provides powerful disinfection without chemicals, at low energy cost.
• Capable of treating up to ~7,6 L/min—suitable for both small home and medium-sized systems.
• The lamp's ~9000-hour lifespan ensures long-term use before replacement is needed.

Cylindrical air diffuser (air stone) in grey, designed for underwater placement to create fine air bubbles and optimal aeration.

Detailed specifications:

• Material: mineral / plastic composition — typical for CAPASTEC air stones
• Dimensions: 150 mm (≈ 5,9″).
• Shape: cylindrical with square ends — a design allowing easy connection and installation
• Colour: grey / dark (grey / black).
• Suitable for: aquariums, ponds, aeration systems — for both fresh and salt water.
• Requirement before first use: immerse / soak in water for a specified period (for example, 1 hour) for proper operation.
• Maintenance: if clogged — wash or soak to restore porosity.
• Connection: standard hose / tubing compatible with a diameter of around 4 mm (for this type of product).

Recommendations for use:

• Before use, soak the diffuser for at least 30–60 minutes so that it becomes saturated and starts working evenly.
• Connect the diffuser to a compressor / pump using a suitable hose and check that the pressure is appropriate — if it is too high, the bubbles may become large and rise quickly without effect (a problem observed with air diffusers).
• Place the diffuser in the lowest part of the reservoir/pond for better bubble distribution.
• Clean the stone regularly when algae or sediment build up, using a soft brush or a mildly acidic solution, then rinse thoroughly.
• Avoid high pressure and operation with a weak compressor — this may damage the diffuser's porous structure.

Benefits

This grey cylindrical 150 mm diffuser provides efficient, uniform airflow through numerous fine bubbles, improving oxygen enrichment in reservoirs and ponds. It is easy to install and maintain, and is compatible with various systems thanks to its universal design and durable material.
