Bluelab Probe Care Kit - Conductivity is a kit containing everything needed to clean and test the probe of your EC meter (a device for measuring electrical conductivity):

• 2 x Bluelab 2.77 EC Conductivity Standard Solution Sachet 20 ml for single use
• Plastic cup
• Probe cleaning solution
• Probe cleaning tool

The measurements of your EC meter are only as accurate as its probe is clean. Accurate measurements simplify crop growing and ensure improved growth.
Proper maintenance of the EC instrument's probe ensures the maximum possible extension of both its service life and that of the instrument.
The probe surface is where the instrument measures the solution. If the probe is unclean and contaminated, measurements may be inaccurate. Like a car windscreen: if it is dirty, you will not be able to see the road! If the probe is contaminated, it cannot measure the concentration of the solution.
Tip ... if the measured electrical conductivity levels are too low, the probe needs cleaning.
