• When growing hydroponically, it

is essential to

know the exact concentration of the nutrient solution before giving it to your plants. If the measured conductivity readings are low, your plants may not receive enough nutrients and may develop mineral deficiencies. Conversely, if readings are too high, plants can suffer nutrient burn. To take a measurement, simply place the probe in the solution and the reading will appear on the blue LED display.

Maintenance:

• EC / TDS electrodes can develop nutrient buildup over time. To minimise buildup, always rinse the probe in fresh tap water after each use!
