Lumatek HPS Lamp 600W 400V is a pulse-start* sodium lamp suitable for growth / vegetative growth as well as flowering. 400V HPS lamps are more efficient than standard HPS lamps and therefore offer a 10% increase in light intensity and PAR / PPF output. Made using high-quality ceramic arc tube technology, the lamp can operate at higher internal temperatures, increasing power and efficiency. The pulse-start technology enables faster start and restart times, longer lamp life and increased PAR / PPF maintenance.

• Connect to the mains using a suitable ballast.
• Position at least 60 cm away from the tops of the plants!
• Recommended ambient temperature: 25°C
• To make full use of the maximum efficiency of sodium lamps, it is recommended that they be used for no more than one year.

• The lamps must be switched off and allowed to cool down at least once a week!
• At the end of the lamp's life - indicated by intermittent switching on and off or significant changes in colour or brightness - the lamp must be replaced immediately!
