Orchid Repotting Tips:

1. Use only bark for repotting orchids! Peat, soil, or very fine bark will kill the orchid by retaining too much water and suffocating the roots.
2. Orchids should be repotted every 12–18 months to replace the bark, which breaks down over time and begins to retain too much water. Repotting will rejuvenate the orchid and will encourage vigorous growth and repeat flowering.
