Hydro A&B 2 x 1 L
€8,28
Hydro A&B by House and Garden Essential nutrients The mineral (hydroponic) substrate was discovered during a volcanic eruption in Hawaii in 1840. It was found that plants thrive on a mineral substrate. Around 1970, the material was first used for plant cultivation. Scientists discovered that plants can absorb the nutrients they need from water and that soil is not always necessary. The mineral (hydroponic) substrate can absorb a large amount of water while retaining a very high percentage of air. This is ideal for professional plant cultivation. Product information A key advantage of growing on substrate is that it allows the nutrient supply to be adjusted and optimised. House and Garden Hydro A&B base nutrient is designed specifically for this growing method. It also contains no contaminating filler substances, ensuring that the substrate’s water-holding capacity is fully preserved and used. The unique composition of pure, high-quality nutrients from various elements, including iron EDDHA, enables the plant to feed quickly and efficiently during both growth and flowering. Achieving the optimum effect The main advantage of cultivation on a mineral (hydroponic) substrate is that it allows nutrient delivery to be regulated and optimised. House and Garden Hydro A&B base nutrient is fully tailored to this cultivation method. Thanks to its unique composition of different elements, Hydro A&B is the right choice to provide your plants with every nutrient they need throughout both the growth and flowering phases. Preparing the nutrient reservoir Fill two thirds of the reservoir with water. Add A first and stir well. Add B and stir well. Adjust the EC value: start the growth cycle at EC 1.2, increase gradually according to the feeding schedule until the end of flowering, and finish at EC 2.0. Add pH- (down) or pH+ (up) to maintain a value from 5.7 to 6.7. Top up the reservoir with water. If necessary, use root-growth or flowering stimulators. Your nutrient reservoir is now ready for the first watering. Tap-water EC value + Hydro A&B nutrient EC value = ready-to-use nutrient EC value. Tip Do not add Hydro A and Hydro B at the same time. This will lead to incomplete nutrition, precipitation and clogging. Use calibrated EC values and pH meters. Before planting, moisten substrates thoroughly (+/- 90% moisture) for optimal uptake. Fill the slab or growing container with water containing a mild nutrient solution at EC 1.2 and leave for one day. Cut the bottom of the slab or open the growing container and allow excess water to drain back into the nutrient reservoir. The substrate is now ready for planting. From then on, keep the substrate slightly drier so the roots can seek nutrients and water. This will prevent the plant from becoming lazy. Dosage and available sizes 1 litre for every 250 litres of ready-to-use nutrient solution. 1, 5, 10 and 20 litres
Hydro A&B Base Nutrients. The mineral (hydroponic) growing medium was discovered during a volcanic eruption in Hawaii in 1840. It was found that plants thrive in a mineral medium. Around 1970, the material was first used for growing plants. Scientists discovered that plants can absorb the nutrients they need from water and that soil is not always necessary. The mineral (hydroponic) medium is able to absorb a large amount of water while also retaining a very high proportion of air. This is an ideal opportunity for professional plant cultivation. Product information. The main advantage of growing on a substrate is that it allows nutrient delivery to be regulated and optimised. The House and Garden Hydro A&B nutrient base is specifically designed for this cultivation method. It is also free from contaminating ballast substances, ensuring that the substrate's hygroscopic capacity is fully preserved and used. The unique composition of pure, high-quality nutrients from different elements, including EDDHA iron, allows the plant to feed quickly and efficiently during both the growth and flowering periods. Achieving optimal results. The main advantage of cultivation on a mineral (hydroponic) medium is that it allows nutrient delivery to be regulated and optimised. The House and Garden Hydro A&B nutrient base is fully geared towards this cultivation method. Thanks to its unique composition of different elements, Hydro A&B is the right choice for providing your plants with all the nutrients they need throughout both the growth and flowering stages. Preparing the nutrient tank. Fill two thirds of the container with water. Add A first. Mix well. Add B and mix well. Adjust the EC value: start the growth cycle at EC 1.2, increase gradually following the growth schedule until the end of flowering, and finish at EC 2.0. Add pH- (down) or pH+ (up) to the nutrient solution to maintain a value between 5.7 and 6.7. Fill the container to the top with water. If necessary, use root growth or flowering stimulators. Your nutrient tank is now ready for the first watering. Tap water EC value + Hydro A&B Nutrient EC value = EC of ready-to-use nutrient solution. Tip. Do not add Hydro A and Hydro B at the same time. This will result in incomplete nutrition, precipitation and clogging. Use calibrated EC and pH meters. Before planting, thoroughly moisten the substrates (+/- 90% moisture) for optimal uptake. Fill the growing medium or cultivation container with water containing a light nutrient concentration at EC 1.2 and leave it for one day. Cut the bottom of the growing medium or open the cultivation container and allow excess water to return to the nutrient tank. The substrate is now ready for planting. From this point on, keep the substrate slightly drier to encourage the roots of the cutting to seek nutrients and water. This will prevent the plant from becoming lazy. Quantity and available sizes: 1 litre of each component per 250 litres of ready-to-use nutrient solution. 1, 5, 10 and 20 litres
