SuperPro THERM-B1 analogue temperature controller
€69,02
SuperPro THERM-B1 is a temperature controller that can manage a cooling or heating device.
- Input voltage / max. current: 230V / 10Amps
- Max. output current: 10Amps at 230V AC
- Controlled temperature range: from 7°C to 35°C
- Day or night mode settings: via photocell
- Temperature accuracy: +/- 3°C
- Activation interval (hysteresis): 2°C
- Weight / dimensions: < 0.5 kg / 78*90*150 mm
The controller can operate in different modes during light and dark periods, switching automatically via the built-in photocell. It is easily adjusted with rotary knobs. Three indicator lights show the controller's current status.
WARNING: The controller is not waterproof. Install only in locations where there is no risk of getting wet!!!
Installation:
- Plug THERM-B1 into a standard 220V socket. For permanent mounting, use the tab at the top of the housing.
- Connect the device or devices whose operation will be controlled. Do not exceed the maximum current (10 A, approximately 2200W). To control devices with greater power, use a relay.
Operating modes:
- Before using the controller, set the operating mode — "COOLING" or "HEATING". Select the mode using the two rotary knobs. The controller must be connected to the mains.
- To select "COOLING" mode: turn both knobs fully to the left. After a few seconds, the indicator lights start flashing, after which only the "COOL" indicator remains lit.
- To select "HEATING" mode: turn both knobs fully to the right. After a few seconds, the indicator lights start flashing, after which only the "HEAT" indicator remains lit.
- Once you have selected an operating mode, turn the knobs to the desired temperature values.
Setting up the controller:
- Set the knobs to the desired temperature values for the light (DAY) and dark (NIGHT) periods*. The photocell switches between them automatically. When temperature exceeds the set value, the controller supplies power to the connected device. Since the controller has an activation range (hysteresis) of 2°C, it continues supplying power until temperature drops by 2°C. When power is supplied, the "OUTPUT ON" indicator is lit.
*The example is for "COOLING" mode. In this mode, the setting is the maximum permitted temperature. For "HEATING" mode, it is the minimum.
Questions and Answers:
How do I know whether the photocell is working?
- The photocell operates with a 30-second delay to prevent activation from accidental light or darkness. The green "DAYTIME" indicator on the right side of the housing lights up when the photocell is in day mode.
Can I connect more than one device to the timer?
- Yes, provided the maximum current is not exceeded (10 A, or approximately 2200W). For continuous use, the load is recommended to be up to 75% of the maximum permitted value.
Does the room temperature not match the setting?
- The humidity sensor is located at the bottom of the housing, enclosed by a plastic "cage". Check that the controller is not affected by other appliances or direct light, and that it has access to the same air.
Is the controller not supplying power?
- Check whether power is supplied to the controller. If the controller does not work, contact your distributor.
Are the red and yellow lights flashing?
- The controller has been overloaded. Disconnect it from the mains and reconnect it after 5 sec. Check that the power of the device connected to the controller does not exceed the permitted limit (current up to 10A).
